At Isle® of Capri Casinos, we believe in being good neighbors. This means, in addition to donating funds and support services to community groups, we also encourage our employees to be actively involved in the communities in which we operate. Our company founder, the late Bernard Goldstein, felt so strongly about community spirit that we launched Community Aces®, our charitable giving and volunteer program, honoring his legacy.
We are committed to making a difference in our community through a variety of ways including financial and in-kind donations, as well as volunteer hours. If you would like to request a donation, such as meals or tangible items or if you would like a sponsorship or a monetary donation to be made to your non-profit organization, please contact:

Introducing the most high-profile contributions to Florida’s artificial reef system: the sinking of a 324-foot ship and its continuous underwater art exhibitions. On Saturday July 23rd, the 324-foot Lady Luck vessel sunk, creating a scope of diving experiences from 50-150 feet below the surface and about 1.5 miles southeast of the Pompano Beach Pier. The transformed ship will become an underwater habitat: a haven for fish, as well as scuba divers. Lady Luck will be one of the biggest contributions to Florida's artificial reef system and one of the most easily accessible major dive sites in the nation.
The project was a joint partnership of the Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park and the City of Pompano Beach. Each contributed $312,500 toward the purchase, towing, cleanup, installation of artworks, and sinking of the ship.
Prominent Pompano Beach artist Dennis MacDonald has created a mock underwater casino, complete with poker tables, roulette tables and slot machines on the main deck. This underwater casino is the largest of its kind in the world. It is a unique underwater experience and provides many diver photo opportunities with a rotating gallery display of locally produced underwater artwork.
The ship will join several other ships already deployed in the area creating opportunities for multi-wreck dives at Shipwreck Park!
Jeff Conine Celebrity Poker Classic Raises Over $100K for Charity
Two-time World Series champ Jeff Conine, aka Mr. Marlin, is well known for bringing a winning attitude to the South Florida community, but he recently brought more than that to Isle Casino® Pompano Park. On July 11, he hosted the fifth annual Jeff Conine Celebrity Poker Classic here, welcoming local sports stars and TV personalities, as well as a roomful of poker enthusiasts to one of the area’s hottest gaming facilities. In fact, the action that night was hot enough to raise $103,000 for the Conine Clubhouse at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida.
The Clubhouse is located right on the DiMaggio campus, and was opened in 1997 to provide families with free, comfortable lodging while their children are being treated at the hospital. As a nonprofit organization, the residence relies on funding from both individual gifts and efforts like the Poker Classic.
Over the Edge for Gilda's Club
Isle Team Members went over the edge for a great cause! The Isle Team collected donations, raising over $2,948 and pledged to rappel down a 30-story building for a local nonprofit. Isle Casino Pompano Park was also the presenting sponsor of the 2015 Over the Edge fundraising event which raised over $100,000 for Gilda’s Club South Florida.
Gilda’s Club South Florida offers free programs for men, women, teens, and children as well as their families and friends who have been touched by cancer. Their innovative program is an essential complement to medical care, providing support groups, healthy lifestyle workshops, educational programs, and social activities, all free of charge.
