Chef Aaron Andryka came on board at the end of 2006 opening Myron’s Delicatessen and then assisting in the opening of Farradday’s Restaurant and Bragozzo Osteria Wine Bar. Since then Chef Aaron has taken over the role of Executive Chef of the property presiding over all of the culinary operations as well as overseeing nearly 200 culinarians and stewards. As Executive Chef along with his mentor Mark Sicilia the Isle has been transformed through recent renovations to the property including the re-invention of the Isle Buffet to a farm to table concept utilizing local vendors and ingredients grown on Isle’s own farm into the Farmer’s Pick Buffet.
