No one is allowed to play another player’s chips.Players are responsible for protecting their own hand and their right to action. Any irregularities must immediately be brought to management’s attention before the next deal.The establishment is not responsible for any shortage or removal of chips left on the table during a player’s absence, unless verified by management.Playing over without permission from management is not allowed. A play-over box is required. Permission from the absent player is not necessary.All games are table stakes. If you return to the same game within one hour of cashing out, your buy-in must be equal to the amount removed when leaving that game.Pushing bet (“saving” or “potting out”) is not allowed. All hands must be played to conclusion.Pushing an ante or posting for another person is not allowed.Splitting pots will not be allowed in any game. Chopping the big and small blind by taking them back when all other players have folded is allowed in button games.String bets or string raises are not permitted.Cards speak when face up on the table at the showdown.Players may not show their cards to other players during a hand.Discussion regarding the hand in progress is not allowed.Criticisms of how another player has elected to play their hand or their general style is impolite and undesirable.The house has the right to prohibit any two or more players on the same game.Players are responsible for protecting their own hand and their right to action. Activity that interferes with this, such as reading at the table, is discouraged, and the player will be asked to cease if a problem is caused. Language, dress and behavior should be of a standard appropriate for ladies and gentlemen. Management reserves the right to make decisions in the spirit of fairness and good faith, and has the right to make decisions in the best interest of the game. House has the right to alter, change, or cancel the rules and policy of a game or promotions at any time.Abuse of other guests and or staff will not be allowed.Decision of management is final.
